doing push ups and then my arm…?
so in gym we’re doing competetive push ups and i dunno if its the wya i was doing them but something lke popped or something incredibly fucked up happened when i was doing them, after the injury hapened i kept trying to do more but everytime i went down id lob and fall onto the left side
eventually we do sit ups and i cant do those because the pain is there when i do them too

i cannot put and pressure near my arm cuase its hurts like fucking hell
i can move it and stuff and theres a weird feeling(typing kinds has a slight pain right now)

what in the fuck happened?
my upper left body felt hollow when it hapened and i think i felt my weird little triagle shaped bone stick out alot (the bone for both your arms on your back, i thinkt hey’re called shoulder blades?)

anywyas i dunno what happened and i dont tihnk it was that my arm popped out cause if that happened then i wouldnt be able to do anything with it right? and it would need to be manually put in rather than doing a couple mroe push ups for it to go in
